Operating System    = Linux version 3.0.0-12-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor    = 1.6.0_26; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.1-b02;

I wanted to create new web project and got a deadlock. No specific action, just I closed 3-4 projects before and then I wanted to create one new in quite quick sequence. I'm attaching the stacktrace,
