Stack trace.

It is not possible to create REST web services from database. To reproduce:

- create java web project with GlassFish 3.1.2 (both java EE 5 and 6 fail)
- open new file wizard
- select "Web Services|RESTful Web Services from Database" and click Next
- select jdbc/sample datasource
- add all tables and click Next
- provide package name and finish wizard
- for java EE 5 there is nothing in controller and service packages. For Java EE 6 it throws attached exception and only 2 files are generated in service package.

A different exception appears in build 201203060400. Filed bug 209228.
