System help in NetBeans 7.1.1 is not context sensitive for "Apply Diff Patch..." dialog. The Help window gets opened but it does not display desired content user needs help with.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install full distribution of NetBeans IDE 7.1.1 RC build #201202141941.
2. Invoke "Tools > Apply Diff Patch..." from main menu.
3. Press "Help" button.
4. Help window will get opened but the content panel will show default "This
window contains the master set of all installed documentation..." message or
previously displayed help page.

Alyona, if there is a working Help button in the dialog, an id must already exist. I tested it and it appears to be org.netbeans.modules.diff.PatchAction.
