Steps to reproduce:
- open/create form
- try to DnD some component JButton (or JPanel, .... )
-> "DnD cursor" isn't sometimes (3/5) visible, only drop rectangle is visible

the changes from explorer_dnd_2002Mar has been merged in maintrunk.
for now it works for me, if not please reopen.
