1. From [Filesystems] tab in [Explorer] window,
   right click ".properties" file and select [Add locale].
   [New Locale] window is appeared.
2. Select for any item in "Predifined Locales" selectbox.
3. Input [j] from Keyboard.
   "ja" is selected in [Language Code], and JP is selected in [Country Code].
   But, "Predifined Locales" selectbox does not scroll, and ja_JP item
   is not visible in "Predifined Locales" selectbox.

It is stange but it is properties module functionality.
