Created attachment 114932 [details] ide log NB7.1FCS, Linux, JDK1.6, NB installed in $HOME/netbeans-7.1 (writable directory) Current version of NBAndroid plugin cannot be installed into shared directory. It says: Caused: org.netbeans.InvalidException: Not a module: no OpenIDE-Module tag in manifest of StandardModule:null jarFile: /home/radim/netbeans-7.1/extra/modules/ext/common.jar[invalid] The same installation process passes if I uncheck the option 'install into shared directory'
Reproducible with latest Dev build. I'm sure where is a problem. NetBeans Module System loads (only in the case common.jar is installed into shared directory) ext jar even thought it's a library. Needs more investigation...
A workaround rather than fix was applied in core-main/rev/61a3fc46c0e4
Jirko, this sounds like a candidate for 7.1.1.
