I think it would be more useful to change "Psfs" from 

${no-format}public static final String 

to

${no-format}public static final String ${cursor} = "";

the same stands for other similar templates.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
