stadelma: Just starting on a Windows Vista with 4GB of memory, took 15 Minutes from doubble clicking the icon to opening the IDE, on its first attempt to start NetBeans 7.1 Beta. Memory was never more then1.7 GB occupied.

kganfield: starting ide

GUEST: This tends to happen every time I bring up the IDE after a while without using it.  It usually takes about a minute for me to be able to use type anyting out; otherwise, it stalls and doesn't carry our any keyboard presses I may have made after I'm able to type again without hitches.



Maximum slowness yet reported was 14160 ms, average is 7412
