Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.0.1 (Build nbms-and-javadoc-7873-on-20110910)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_24
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 19.1-b02

When I delete the files in foler ".netbeans\7.0\var\cache", CodeEditor can popup the menu. If I don't do that, CodeEditor cannot popup the menu.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the problem. Could you please provide the exact steps to reproduce (preferably started from the fresh IDE installation)? Thanks.
