Hi,

I had a beta version of Netbeans 7.1 earlier and after the bug http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204391, I installed latest dev build.Now when I open the same project in the new IDE, I see the OWSM policy was not selected though in the java code is annotated with @SecurityPolicy.Please see the attached screenshot.

I cannot reproduce the issue.
Please delete your userdir ( .netbeans  ) from your home directory.
It could be a problem related to interference with old cache.

Check the issue again with fresh userdir.

If you will still see this issue please provide EXACT steps to reproduce.
This is required because I can't see the described problem with simple steps.
