steps to reproduce:
- have more than 10 projects opened
- open projects view and have all projects collapsed
- click on the fist project so that it has the selection
- press and hold down key
see how selection slowly changes from one project to another, see snapshot attached

please provide netbeans build number, os and jdk version info, thanks
(a similar bug has been fixed recently)
