When you include a file with smarty, you can often see a relative path to it, and its often in same project - yet you cannot easily navigate to it.

Adding ability to do it with Ctrl+Click would be consistent with behaviors of other IDEs, and also quite helpful.

If the file could not be found by the specified path - a link should not activate upon click.

Good idea for the enhancement, thanks a lot for raising that. Due to FF it has to be just targeted to next release.
