Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201110171706)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 21.0-b17
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Many actions, notably Save or Select In ... aren't active from FXML file opened the editor. Also current project name isn't shown in the application window name and when no main project is set, the Build, Run, etc. toolbar buttons aren't activated for current project.

Stepan, is this reproducible? I mean is it always like this?

Yes, it is. I see I didn't emphasized that it's only when the file is selected in the editor. When the file is selected in Projects or Files view, the actions are available.
