[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.27 ]

The CSS Style Builder, in the background tab has a feature to generate scroll
behavior. Here under the scroll, there is a background-attachment: none. This
is not a standard CSS value for the property and Netbeans incorrectly generates
this.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
