See attached IDE console output (with extra "-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.parsing.impl.indexing.RepositoryUpdater.level=FINE"):

I just started it and opened New NetBeans Module wizard and IDE "froze" during "Find Feature".

This is always reproducible to me:
- start latest dev build with fresh IDE
- New Project -> NetBeans Modules -> Module

The IDE looks frozen but depends on when you click something might happen.

I just got the same SOE when creating plain new Web Project and no ergonomics is involved in this case. So perhaps problem is in wizards itself? Moving there for evaluation.
