In first subwindow in Object browser (Packages) there is button Expand all, there should be also button Collapse all.
Also the space above the pane in this subwindow is larger than the same space in other two subwindows.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
