The format option removes tags when trying to format my PHP and HTML page.  The parser should give an error instead of faulty output.

Worth noting I can't duplicate the error.

Memory corruption or something as I head missing script tags and function params.

I can not reproduce it. Please provide an reproducible steps or case and reopen the issue. Thanks.
