The information provided in the threading document should be present in JavaDoc
for the API classes. If someone uses/overrides a method from the OpenAPIs the
JavaDoc comment for that method/class should inform about thread considerations.
New JavaDoc tags can be introduced to make the information uniform throughout
the APIs.

Already been filed. Not as easy as it sounds since no one actually
knows the right answers to the questions, I think.
