Sometimes projects scanning action is taking a lot of time, I'm attaching snapshot (Hope i have made it correctly :)) )

The snapshot shows that the IDE is scanning sources. I am afraid that you would need to add more information. Which build are you using, what is your project etc. If you have reproducible test-case we can use, it would be great.

That snapshot was from 7.1 beta which we had been asked to review before its release, in NetCat. My Os is Snow leopard.
My project type is the web free-form application.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
