In the 'reference solver' after you've resolved all the reference problems you have to click 'cancel' to close the window and to continue working. The cancel button is very non intuitive as you expect something like 'OK'. Not a big issue but just an impro [...truncated.]

I am not sure what UI you are talking about; a screenshot might be helpful, as would steps to reproduce the problem from scratch. When I try opening a j2seproject with broken references, the dialog just has a button "Close", which is normal enough.
