There is nine xslt scripts in xml/www/styles/: faq2html.xsl, icons2page.xsl,
issues2page.xsl, links2html.xsl, module2page.xsl, page2html.xsl,
strategy2html.xsl, todo2html.xsl and uml2page.xsl.

Scripts *2html.xsl generate directly HTML documents. Scripts *2page.xsl
generates XML document and than this is processed by page2html.xsl script.

Eventual HTML documents are similar, but there is still more than one *2html.xsl
scripts, so when I want to change HTML file, I have to update all of them.


There should remain just one *2html.xsl script - page2html.xsl. Change all other
current *2html.xsl scripts to use page2html.xsl for generating HTML documents.

FAQ, Links and ToDo pages are also generated by page2html.xsl script.
