1) Undock Action is supported, but user can not dock view to some specific
window. You must use Undock, and then you can "dock view into".

2) User can not dock some view dirtectly to Debugger Window.

This enhancement depends on 20153 which is targeted to M3. So I must
retarget it to M4 which is dangerous, but...

#1 fixed in main trunk

#2 invalid. "Debugger" tab in Debugger Window is not regular Mode so
we can not to allow adding other TopComponents to it. We can not give
any warranty that they will work in it correctly.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
