netbeans.exe does not exit when you click File:Exit and restarts

The only way to exit netbeans is to kills the netbeans.exe PID otherwise netbeans.exe restarts automatically.

probably fixed in core-main #c74fddc50562 so closing as fixed. feel free rto reopen in case the problem should remain.
