Activation failed: Not all requested modules can be enabled: [StandardModule:org.netbeans.modules.php.kit jarFile: /Applications/Eng/NetBeans Dev 201108010600.app/Contents/Resources/NetBeans/php/modules/org-netbeans-modules-php-kit.jar]

Says two plugins are unsigned, then fails to find them.
