Portions of screen capture illustrating incorrect results

I'm using NetBeans 6.9.1 for PHP.

I renamed a project file through the Projects view by changing the first letter of the name from upper case to lower case. I noticed that the entry remained in its original place in the view, although it now belonged in the group of file names that begin with a lower case letter.

Later I did a "Find in Projects" and saw that this file appeared twice: consecutively, among the upper case names. I believe this is because I renamed it.
