When clicking through the tabs on the Monitor's Edit and Replay window, the session cookie
buttons "move" to different locations in the bottom left corner of the tab.  The moving
buttons are very distracting and their purpose could be misleading (that the option 
can be set differently for each tab).

These buttons should be located on a part of the window that is not devoted to the tab 
notebook (like the very bottom left, or in a toolbar of their own above the tabs).

Moved the buttons to the toolbar of the dialog descriptor. Single
set of buttons is now located on the lower left of the dialog.
