Sometimes on word-wrapped line when cursor is in the end of line, pressing Up key doesn't move the cursor.

It happens when I reach end of line by pressing End key. When I reach it by pressing Right key, it works ok.

You can see such a case and the wordwrapped line on the attached screenshot.
