Support of Swing Application Framework has been discontinued in NetBeans 7.1, see issue 200107. IDE help should be updated to reflect this fact. Basically, all topics related to Java Desktop Application or Swing Application Framework should be removed. On the other side, note that some topics that contain some of these phrases are still relevant. For example, some topics related to Beans Binding have a title of the form "title (Java Desktop Applications)", but Beans Binding is not dependent on/specific to Java Desktop Applications (i.e., these topics are still valid for NetBeans 7.1).

Removed saf and java desktop application specific topics.
Updated beans binding specific topics to eliminate references to java desktop application/saf.
