This problem arised when we're dicussing CR 7038364, in spica build 24, I found  "Sharing" is not still not the default value of "Synchronization" property of Host dialog for solstudio, as it should be.

I made same mistake again when I try to create a remote host with solstudio, and forgot to set the value of  "Synchronization" to "Sharing", we've better to change the default value to "Sharing".

It corresponds to P2 Studio bug, so I believe should be fixed in 7.0.1

Now default is
- sharing in the case of Unix
- automatic copy for Win/Mac
Besides, it's possible to change this behavior via implementing spi

It is in release701_dev, not release701. So it is still a candidate.

I reviewed the fix. It is safe and resolves problem.
But I do not agree that it is showstopper.
