See db/javahelp/org/netbeans/modules/db/docs/ja/testdriver.html for example:
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=EUC-JP">
<title><!-- some 8-bit characters here --></title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
</head>

I don't know who is responsible for Japanese help in Database Explorer
module. Could you reasign this bug to the right writer, please?
Comment 2 Radko Najman 2002-03-13 10:29:52 UTC
Keiichi, do you know who could fix it?
Thanks, Radko.
Comment 3 Keiichi Oono 2002-03-13 13:17:28 UTC
It should be Shioda or me. I check the revision tree because the
latest help files (FFJ 3.0) don't have this problem. Probabry, we have
obsolete files in trunk.
Comment 4 Radko Najman 2002-04-02 09:51:21 UTC
I checked trunk and orion_fcs branch as well. It seems that the
contradictory encodings are in testdriver.html and dbmod.html files only.
Comment 5 Radko Najman 2002-04-08 12:07:47 UTC
Fixed. I removed the contradictory encodings from testdriver.html and
dbmod.html files.

Keiichi, Shioda, could you check these files if they are correct,
please? Thanks, Radko.
Comment 6 Keiichi Oono 2002-04-08 15:08:45 UTC
Thank you very much Radko! Your fixing is correct.
I've checked in
  testdriver.html (1.3 and 1.2.12.1)
  dbmod.html (1.3 and 1.2.12.1)
Again, thank you.
Keiichi

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
