I think this issue was reported many times during the last 3-4 years, but it is
still there: file chooser started from "New Projects" shows wrong directory.
It shows my HOME directory instead of current directory. It should show current
directory. If there is conflict with the default Netbeans behavior, this default
should be changed or there should be a way to set a global property: 
"Show Current Directory in New Project file chooser".
The same problem exists in Open Project action.
