For the 3.4 release of NetBeans, it would be good to reorganize the items in the Debug menu.

The current menu doesn't "scale" well for more complex debuggers with dozens of possible debugging commands.
A design for an improved menu arrangement will be presented on nbui soon.

we will probalby not be ale to fix it to M3 (discussion about this
redesign is still on the begining).

so I would like to move this feature to M4 - it in not risky - there
is nothing big to code - ui change only...

new icons has been integrated to main trunk,
menu & toolbar redesigned.
we have still some open issues, but we are waiting on some discussion
so they will be fixed separately to UI freexe
