SSH Tunnel enhancement request

Hi,

Issue 127539 has done an excellent job with allowing us perform some of the administrative tasks on the locally installed mySQL server instances.

We need to put in a bit more effort into this area to make NetBeans better than other IDE and a professional developers tool of choice.

It's common that many hosting service provider only allow access to mysql service via ssh.

We need a way to specify ssl/ssh/http tunneling information on the Create new MySQL node.

Attached is a mockup of the enhancement requested here.

I have few other suggestions which could be implemented as part of this enhacement.
