I am experiencing something strange in the IDE. when in the design mode of anything i want to change the language to greek. I press Alt Shift and the language is changed in greek everything is ok. If i do the same thing when i have started editing a property in the properties tab or the properties right window or even when right clicking - Edit text...(i.e. the popup for the textbox), change what i want and then try to go back in english with alt shifting again it stays in greek even though the windows 7 says it is in english language setting.

Is is a bit strange and boresome because you have to continusly save and restart the IDE.

I am sorry, but your bug report is a bit unclear. Could you, please, provide exact (step by step) description of your problem? Do not forget to emphasize expected versus actual behaviour. Thank you in advance.
