When I start netbeans from the start menu it just hangs. So in the bin direcory I execute 
"runide.exe" from the command line the following is returned. It hangs in the same place 
consistently.

The attached file has the listing of the error.

The code where exception was thrown was fixed. If you can still see 
hang on startup please reopen this issue and add thread dump.
