This Problem is reproduced only on Solaris.
To reproduced ...

1. Start [Pointbase network server], and create "sample" database
   (which is bundled in FFJ) icon in [explorer] window.

2. Right click sample database icon, and select [Tools] -> 
    -> [Create Group...].
   [Select Location...] Window is appreaed.     
   Irregular layout is happened in this window.

Add "I18N" in summary field.

Tools menu is not enabled on any database node so I don't quess how
were you able to do it. I can't reproduce it neither on Solaris or
Win2000.

Anyway you report this bug against "Create Group" dialog. This dialog
is not provided by Database Explorer but by Project module so I think
the component should be changed.

Component changed from "db" to "projects".

It's not provided by projects, but utilities module. -> reassigning

This Select dialog is provided by core module.

Sorry I am unable to reproduce this issue. There is no Tools submenu
over database node. Select dialog is in core, so when you find another
reproducible scenario of this problem, feel free to reopen.

in current version.
