Doing a google search it looks like this occurred in the 6.7.1 build of netbeans: http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=95203

In the rc1 release of nb 7 if I do a find and replace, when I try and do a multiple file replace I get the error: 

File <path to file> has changed since the start of the search

If I go back to 6.9.1 the bug doesn't occur there.

I can't reproduce it in NB 7.0.1. Can you test it in the latest 7.1dev build? If it still doesn't work for you, please provide some simplest project where it is reproducible. But until that -> works for me.
