Description javor_nik 2011-03-23 20:11:00 UTC
Currently Editor Formatting has separate options for C++ and for C/++ Header. Would be good if we can specify the common options only once - and those to be used both for C++ and for C/C++ Header.

The current pain is:
 - additional effort is needed to specify same settings on two places instead of only once
 - it's error prone and there is higher risk to get inconsistent settings (C/C++ Header formatting different from C++) by mistake

Formatting options are not the only settings which are separated into THREE parts (C, C++ and C/C++ Header). This also happens for fonts and colors options, for instance.
It would be good if the 3 mentioned flavors of the C family were merged into a single language in the editor settings.
