When adding new Jar/Folder to Library I cannot go up one level in "Browser Jar/Folder" window. Going up works only after changing directory using "Look in" tree.
The looking in starts in directory: "D:\Documents\codes\java\_libs\commons-logging-1.1.1"

this is a JDK bug reproducible in a plain Swing app, e.g. SwingSet demo app
