Trying to ignore a file on a windows platform fails. Additionally each failed attempt to ignore a file results in leaving a temporary file in repository root, thus polluting user's working tree. Ondreji, you should try a fix if it's working before you're closing a bug as fixed: result of core-main #cb1762116c0d.
