Accessible Description of Top Components is still null , it works fine on
[jdk1.3.1](02) {see issue 18412}, but on [jdk1.4](91) is AD=null.

P2:
This is high priority issue, because Acceessibility Description of Windows is
one of the most used and needed "window content description" for people with
disabilities.
