Can you attach sample project or your persistence.xml.
Looks like persistence.xml is corrupted or it may be i18n issue.

Also message.log may help to get root cause (with persistence.xml and sample project if possible). Was persistence.xml created by ide or manually? Without additional information -> resolved|incomplete for now. Please reopen with more details.
