Scenario:
- Create Welcome
- Clean and Build project
===>
"Welcome_1 (Clean, Build)" tab contains old terminal
"Welcome_1 (Clean)", "Welcome_1 (Build)" tabs contains new terminal (Internal Terminal)

I expects new internal terminal in "Welcome_1 (Run)" tab only

P.S. P2, because We have very big regression in tests (http://elif:8080/hudson/view/IDE-tests/job/ss-test-intel-S2/31/aggregatedTestReport/)

do not use internal terminal for build and clean targets.
