Please enable the Help button for the "New JDBC driver" dialog box and let me know the helpID.

Jiri, can you enable the following Help buttons?
- In the New JDBC Driver dialog (Driver > New Driver) and New Connection Wizard > Locate Driver - the same mapID, because both boxes will have the same topic.
- New Connection Wizard > Customize Connection step

A note: there is an old help ID: new_db_save_password which is not accessible any more, its content can be reused in these new ids.
