Illustration, how the dialog could be changed

Resizing the SVN Commit dialog resizes the text input field and the file list at a ratio of ~50%.

When the filelist is long and the commit message is short, it would be nice if the message-field could be made smaller (and vice versa) - just like if the dialog was a split pane.
