When creating a new bug report
https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=...
there is "Exception Reporter:" field. Should the user write anything there? Some users write their name there. I guess that this is to be used just by our exceptions reporter service and not to be changed by humans I guess. It's probably O.K. to have the field available when I'm editing the bug, but it should not be the first property when I'm creating a new bug.
