I am trying to develop a web application framework for an analytical based application which requires Hive and Hadoop plugin for Netbeans IDE 6.8 or 6.9.1.
 
While downloading plugin am receiving "503 service unavailable error".
Also in the versions of NetbeansIDE(6.7 or higher)the option for developing web application project is also not available.

Please provide the required information and also if possible whether netbeans supports to develop a multitenant SaaS application?

Are you trying to download that plugin from Plugin Portal or via Plugins manager built in the NetBeans IDE? Can you please give me a link that returns 503 error?
