The Netbeans IDE doesn't provide any IntelliSense for calling a static self-written class or method.

works for me. 
1/ The problem might be typo: "testen" versus "testing"?  

2/ Next possible problem might be that all editor features works just for files inside netbeans project, not for standalone files. 

If you still think that there is a bug in netbeans, then please reopen.
