Refering to the 'Local Open APIs Documentation' menu item generates the error: 
the ref'd URL is:

nbfs:/MountQBJavadocQBorg-netbeans-modules-apisupport-javadoc.xml/index.html

Please find the log file retreived from the system dir attached to the ticket.

Can you give a little more info? I can see you are using NB 3.3 with
apisupport 2.10.1. The log file however shows no errors apparently
related to this. What exactly did you do and what exactly happened? Is
OpenAPIs.zip correctly mounted in your Javadoc tab? Does Javadoc Index
Search work on API classes (e.g. org.openide.TopManager)? What do you
see in Tools | Options | ... | Filesystems Settings | Javadoc?
