Example of Google Chrome marking search results in the scroll area

It will be helpful if we can mark the occurrence of search results in the page by marking somehow in the scroll area pane. 
Google Chrome browser does it, and it really is very helpful. See the example attachment.

sorry for being late on schedule, but I am working on this issue, I am having some problems in building the downloaded source code. That's why I am unable to move forward.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
